Welding Process Monitor for Laser Depth Measurement | …
The LDD-700 weld monitoring system uses Inline Coherent Imaging (ICI) to provide a new level of detail and accuracy for laser weld monitoring. ICI uses a low-power IR laser beam to gauge distances. This measurement beam is fired through the same optics as the welding laser, right to the bottom of the keyhole, and records its depth in real-time.

Model 81 | Small-Diameter Pipe Weld Head | Pipe …
The Model 81 is a full function orbital pipe weld head featuring programmable AVC (Arc Voltage Control), Torch Oscillation (weaving), onboard Wire Feeder and Travel in a very compact package. The Model 81 has found widespread use in a variety of appliions that require high quality welding results in appliions with limited axial and radial clearances.
Flux Core Welding
Flux core welding uses a continuous tubular wire that surrounds an inner core of flux. Compounds added to this flux determine the characteristics of the arc and weld buildup. During the weld, these compounds clean oxides from the surface of the metal, helping the molten puddle to flow out.
